At Rafaeo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Certain items (custom or clearance) may not be eligible.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
